Join us every TUESDAY for Mindful meditation.

Research shows that just three 20 minute meditation sessions per week can significantly reduce stress levels.

Each session starts with a short intro where we consider how stressed we feel, a 20 minute meditation followed by debrief asking if the meditation has made a difference.
